Webcasts are wonderful.
Depending on what and/or whom is being featured (in our case, usually a Chef and a food product), it
is like watching a condensed cooking show or an extended commercial.
The product that is being featured is something the Chef truly believes in and uses in their personal lives.
These "mini" cooking shows have a lot to offer.
The Chef customizes recipes that cannot be found any where else. They also incorporate the featured product,
along with teaching new techniques or "how to's" specifically catered to the viewer.
For the stylist, the challenge is help create a feeling of a cooking show, between the food, props and placement of everything
on set with efficiency and organization so that several "webisodes" can be shot in a day.
The Gourmet Butterfly Team takes great pride in working very quickly, effectively and creatively while striving to highlight
the integrity of the Chef and the focused product.
